Buying an iPhone 7 Plus may not be as big as an upgrade for some Apple fans are looking forward to this fall.
Apple has allegedly decided to drop plans to include a dual-lens camera sensor at the back of the iPhone 7 Plus, according to the latest rumors from China which claims the technology is not quite ready.
Apple Rumor has spouted reports throughout the year that the biggest features of the iPhone Plus-size will be the addition of dual-lens camera that brings star low-light performance and other tricks to take a photo of the iPhone one step closer to DSLR quality. However, recent post on Chinese microblogging site Weibo claiming they will not make the cut.
Citing a source at Foxconn, Weibo users Old Yao claimed staff were told recently that the dual-lens camera technology is still too young to include.
Given the plethora of dual-lens leaks that have sprung up in recent months, including some mold production and the initial case, we suggest taking this rumor with a giant grain of salt.
IPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus is likely to be unveiled in September. The new iPhone 7 other features are expected to include a simplified design of the rear shell, there is a headphone jack, speaker enhanced, faster processors and even possibly Smart Connector.
