BATH powering FRONTREPORT According to the Knight Frank research, the main property values in Bath has outperformed the broader market debut in England in the middle of the current market conditions. Knight Frank index, which tracks the value of major properties in Bath, reveals that the average house price in the city rose 2.8 percent between January and June this year, and 5.3 percent on an annual basis.
"The growth means that values have outperformed the broader market debut in the UK where prices have risen 1.8 percent so far this year and 2.3 percent for 12 months until the end of June," the report said.
